Test instructions
Fast (other than water) for at least 8 hours, and no more than 12 hours prior to your blood test. Refrain from biotin supplements for 72hrs prior to collection.
Download and print your pathology request form, then visit an affiliated collection centre for your blood draw.
Your home collection test kits and instructions will arrive in the next 2-3 business days. Mail your sample back to the lab using the prepaid envelope and packaging provided.
