Well Man Test

What is a Well Man test?
Most of what matters in men's health gives no warning. Cholesterol creeps, blood sugar drifts, iron and testosterone shift — and none of it feels like anything. The changes are measurable years before they're noticeable.
They're also the years a GP is unlikely to run a broad panel. Turn up with no symptoms and you'll usually be told you're fine. Probably true, and it tells you nothing about which way you're heading.
This panel covers 51 markers across hormones, heart, blood, liver, kidneys, bone health and inflammation. Do it while you feel good and you own a baseline — which is what makes every future result mean something.
Worth doing if you're:
- Flatter or more tired than you used to be, without an obvious reason
- Training as hard as ever but not recovering the way you did
- Sleeping badly, stressed, or drinking more than you'd like
- Carrying weight you weren't carrying a few years back
- Curious, and overdue — most men have never had a full set of bloods

What your results look like
You'll receive a clear digital report in your i-screen dashboard within 2 business days. Every marker appears against its laboratory reference interval, grouped by body system, with a plain-English summary of what's in range, what isn't, and what's worth acting on.
Your report also includes a biological age estimate, calculated from nine routine markers in the panel. It's a summary figure rather than a diagnosis, and it's most useful watched over time.
The real value comes from repeating it. One result tells you where you are; a second twelve months later tells you which direction you're heading — and direction is the more useful information.
What's included
This snapshot brings together your key results, context, and next steps to give a clear picture of your health.
Our biological age test is a scientifically validated method that uses nine key blood markers to provide personalised insights into your health and ageing. Your biological age score is your biological age compared to your chronological (actual) age.
This male hormone test measures key hormones that play an important role in fertility and athletic performance.
The full blood count measures red cells, white cells and platelets — foundational markers included in most health assessments. It is actually a group of tests that examine different parts of the blood. Results from the following tests provide the broadest picture of your health.
Lipids and cholesterol are fat-like substances in your blood. Some are necessary for good health, but when you have a high level of cholesterol in your blood, a lot of it ends up being deposited in the walls of your arteries and other vital organs. Lifestyle choices including diet, exercise and alcohol intake can all influence cholesterol levels and your risk of developing heart disease.
Blood glucose is generated from carbohydrates and to use this fuel for energy your body needs insulin. With type 2 diabetes the cells either ignore the insulin or the body doesn't produce enough of it. Glucose then builds up leading to problems with the heart, kidneys, eyes, nerves, and blood vessels.
Calcium and vitamin D are central to bone health. This panel measures total and corrected calcium, vitamin D, phosphate, magnesium and urate.
Your liver processes drugs and alcohol, filters toxic chemicals, stores vitamins and minerals, and makes bile, proteins and enzymes. This liver function test measures key liver enzymes and markers relevant to understanding your liver health.
Your kidneys filter waste from your body and regulate salts in your blood. They also produce hormones and vitamins that direct cell activities in many organs and help to control blood pressure. This panel measures key markers of kidney function.
Inadequate recovery from exercise or overtraining can be associated with inflammation and muscle damage.
This ferritin test is a measure of how much iron you have stored in your body. Low ferritin can be a sign of anaemia caused by iron deficiency.
