The Nutrition Blueprint

Your health doesn't work in isolation.
Energy, immunity, heart health, memory, everyday nutrition — they're connected, and they draw on the same pool of vitamins, minerals, fats and amino acids.
Which is why testing one thing at a time rarely tells you much. A vitamin D result on its own doesn't explain why you're tired. An iron result on its own doesn't explain why you keep catching everything going around the office.
The Nutrient Blueprint looks at all of it at once. 296 markers across blood and urine — minerals, B vitamins, vitamin C and D, all 34 fatty acids in your red blood cells, 26 amino acids, and the metabolic markers that reveal whether your body is actually using what you give it. The ones that shape how you feel day to day are organised into five foundations you can read in about a minute.
Then we go one step further. Thirty-six nutrients are graded from adequate to high need, ranked, and turned into a plan. Not a wall of numbers — a shortlist.
Instead of a single number, you get the whole picture and a clear sense of what to do about it.

What you get with your Nutrient Blueprint
Five scores, one screen. Energy, immunity, heart, cognition and nutrition — each scored and explained in a sentence. You'll know where you stand before you've finished your coffee.
Thirty-six nutrients, graded. Every B vitamin, vitamin C and D, your minerals, omega-3s, glutathione, CoQ10 and the amino acids — each graded from adequate through to high need against your own results. Your five highest are ranked at the top, so you're not left interpreting 296 numbers on your own.
Forty-five minutes with a dietitian. Every Blueprint includes a consultation with an Accredited Practising Dietitian, who goes through your results with you and helps you turn them into a plan — food first, supplementation where it's warranted.
Somewhere to track it. Results stay in your i-screen health profile. Retest in three to six months and your dashboard shows you exactly what's moved.
What's included
Your Blueprint organises your results into five clear foundations of everyday health. Each is scored, colour-coded and explained in plain English, with your highest-need nutrients ranked so you know exactly where to start. A further 50 markers — heavy metals, environmental exposure and gut activity — are reported alongside them.
Which nutrients are you actually short of? Thirty-six of them — every B vitamin, vitamin C and D, your minerals, omega-3s, CoQ10 and glutathione — graded from adequate through to high need against your own results. Your highest five are ranked at the top, so you know where to start.
Why you feel flat — and whether it is iron, thyroid, or the machinery itself. We measure your B vitamins by what they are actually doing in your body rather than what is floating in your blood, and we follow the full cycle your cells use to turn food into energy.
The nutrients your immune system draws on, how much background inflammation you are carrying, and how well you are defending your cells — including a direct measure of oxidative damage to your DNA.
The nutrients your brain runs on, and the pathways that use them. We measure the breakdown products of serotonin, dopamine and adrenaline, your methylation status, and how your body is handling tryptophan — the amino acid that becomes both serotonin and vitamin B3.
The complete map underneath the other four. Every mineral measured inside your red blood cells — a longer-term view than serum gives — all 26 amino acids, your collagen and muscle markers, and the liver and kidney function that determines how well you absorb and clear what you take in.
Twenty-two markers of what you are taking on, rather than what you are short of. Lead, mercury, cadmium and arsenic measured directly in whole blood, alongside urinary markers of the everyday chemical load from plastics, traffic, solvents and packaging. These sit outside your five foundation scores because they answer a different question. They are measured to the same standard and reviewed by our team, and if anything is elevated we tell you plainly what it means and what to do next.
Twenty-eight metabolites produced by the bacteria and yeasts living in your gut, measured in urine, plus how your body handles oxalate. Includes established markers for Clostridia and Candida activity. We report these with context rather than folding them into a score, and we want to be straight with you about why: they are indicative, not definitive. They point to patterns worth discussing, several of them shift with what you ate this week, and none of them replaces a stool test. Your practitioner review is where they earn their keep.
