Early news with confidence

This quantitative early pregnancy test, also called the Beta hCG blood test, measures the amount of the hormone hCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin) in the blood. This hormone is secreted when a fertilised egg becomes implanted in the uterine wall. Present in very small amounts in early conception, the level of hCG grows as your pregnancy develops.

This early pregnancy test is very sensitive and can detect even very low levels of hCG. This pregnancy test can tell you if you are pregnant approximately six to eight days after you ovulate (release an egg from an ovary), and it can tell you how many weeks pregnant you are.

This early pregnancy blood test can also tell you how your pregnancy is progressing in the early stages by measuring the rate at which your hCG levels are increasing.

Note that hCG levels can vary widely among individuals, and other factors (like the exact timing of ovulation and implantation) can influence these levels. An ultrasound is the most reliable method for determining gestational age.
