Our Affiliate Terms and Conditions

1. INTRODUCTION AND RELATIONSHIP TO GENERAL TERMS
This Affiliate Addendum supplements and forms part of our Terms & Conditions (“General Terms”) and our Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”). By registering for or using the Affiliate Portal or participating in the Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with this Addendum, the General Terms, and the Privacy Policy, as each may be updated from time to time. In the event of any inconsistency between this Addendum and the General Terms, this Addendum will prevail in relation to matters specifically concerning affiliates.
2. DEFINITIONS
Affiliate means an individual or entity approved by us to participate in the Affiliate Program in accordance with this Addendum.
Affiliate Account means the registered account created by an Affiliate in the Affiliate Portal, which is required to track referrals, view commissions, and receive payments.
Affiliate Portal means the specialised online platform that allows approved affiliates to: (a) participate in our Affiliate Program; (b) access promotional materials and tracking links; (c) monitor referral activity and commissions; and (d) manage account details and payment preferences.
Affiliate Program means the marketing and referral arrangement operated by us under which approved affiliates earn commissions for valid customer referrals made in accordance with this Addendum and any applicable program rules.
Eligible Health Check means a health check that: (a) is listed on our website Tests page; and (b) is not discounted or part of a promotion; and (c) is not a custom or personalised panel; and (d) is conducted at one of our affiliated collection centres.
General Terms means our General Consumer Terms & Conditions available at https://www.i-screen.com.au/terms-and-conditions.
Privacy Policy means our Privacy Policy available at https://www.i-screen.com.au/privacy-policy.
3. AFFILIATE PROGRAM PARTICIPATION
3.1 Eligibility
(a) The Affiliate Program is available to individuals or entities approved by us at our discretion.
(b) Participants must provide accurate registration details and maintain up-to-date contact and payment information in the Affiliate Portal.
(c) We reserve the right to reject or revoke Affiliate status at any time if we determine that participation breaches this Addendum, the General Terms, or applicable laws.
3.2 Affiliate Responsibilities
(a) Affiliates agree to promote our Services in a lawful, ethical, and honest manner, and in accordance with any branding guidelines, marketing policies, or program rules we provide.
(b) Affiliates must not make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about our Services.
(c) Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their promotional activities comply with applicable advertising, privacy, and consumer protection laws in their jurisdiction.
(d) Affiliates must not use spam, unsolicited communications, or prohibited advertising channels to promote our Services.
3.3 Referral Tracking, Eligibility and Commissions
Eligibility Requirements
(a) To be eligible for referral commissions or other agreed financial incentives, you must hold a valid Affiliate Account and make referrals for Eligible Health Checks using your unique referral link or other approved referral method.
(b) Commissions are not payable for referrals that do not meet the definition of an Eligible Health Check.
(c) Your commission rate is assigned at the time of registering your Affiliate Account with us.
(d) Commissions are paid on or around the 12th of each month for the previous calendar month’s eligible orders. If the 12th falls on a weekend or public holiday, payment will be made on the next business day.
(e) Commission payments are made by bank transfer into your nominated bank account, after deductions (if applicable) such as tax.
(f) We reserve the right to withhold commission payments if the referred client cancels their service or requests a refund within the standard 30-day order cancellation period.
(g) We reserve the right to withhold or reverse commissions for referrals that are fraudulent, cancelled, refunded, or otherwise do not meet program requirements.
3.4 Disclosure Requirements
(a) Affiliates must clearly and prominently disclose their affiliate relationship with us in any promotional content, in accordance with applicable disclosure regulations (including, where applicable, the ACCC guidelines in Australia).
(b) The disclosure must be clear enough for an average consumer to understand that the affiliate may receive compensation for referrals.
3.5 Use of Intellectual Property
(a) We grant affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use our trade names, trademarks, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting our Services in accordance with this Addendum.
(b) Affiliates must not modify, alter, or misuse our intellectual property, and must cease use immediately upon termination of their participation in the Affiliate Program.
3.6 Discount Code Usage
(a) Exclusive Use – Any discount code provided to you is for the exclusive use of members within your network.
(b) Non-Disclosure – You must not publish, post, or otherwise share the discount code on the internet or any other platform accessible to individuals outside your network.
(c) Limitations – Discount codes cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.
(d) Revocation – We reserve the right to revoke any discount code at our discretion.
(e) By using a discount code, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
4. LIMITATIONS AND TERMINATION
(a) Participation in the Affiliate Program does not create any employment, agency, or partnership relationship between the affiliate and us.
(b) We may suspend or terminate an affiliate’s participation at any time for breach of this Addendum, the General Terms, or applicable laws, or for conduct that we reasonably consider may damage our reputation.
(c) Upon termination, the affiliate must immediately cease all promotional activities using our name, trademarks, or materials, and we will pay any outstanding commissions that have been validly earned up to the termination date.
5. GENERAL PROVISIONS
(a) This Affiliate Addendum is to be read in conjunction with, and forms part of, the Terms & Conditions (“General Terms”) and the Privacy Policy. All provisions of the General Terms and Privacy Policy apply to affiliates, except where expressly modified by this Addendum.
(b) If there is any inconsistency between this Addendum and the General Terms, this Addendum will prevail with respect to matters specifically relating to affiliates.
(c) Nothing in this Addendum limits or excludes any rights, obligations, or protections that apply under the General Terms or Privacy Policy.

This Agreement was last updated on 12th August 2025 and is effective immediately for all new users and upon next use for existing users.
