What we measure

Seven panels. Fifty biomarkers.

A broad baseline across the systems that matter most for everyday performance and long-term health.

Metabolic Health

These markers show how efficiently your body processes and stores fuel. Glucose, HbA1c, and insulin reflect blood sugar regulation and long-term metabolic risk.

  • Fasting glucose
  • Fasting Insulin
  • HOMA-IR Score
  • HbA1c (DCCT)
  • HbA1c (IFCC)
Cardiovascular Health

These biomarkers provide a comprehensive picture of heart and blood vessel health. Total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, Non-HDL, and the Cholesterol/HDL and LDL/HDL ratios reflect how well fats are transported and balanced in your blood. Triglycerides indicate how efficiently your body stores and uses fat for energy. Advanced markers like ApoB and Lp(a) go a step further, offering deeper insight into long-term cardiovascular risk and plaque buildup potential.

  • Total Cholesterol
  • HDL
  • LDL
  • Non-HDL Cholesterol
  • LDL/HDL Ratio
  • Cholesterol/HDL Ratio
  • Triglycerides
  • Apolipoprotein B
  • Lipoprotein (a)
Liver Health

Your liver processes drugs and alcohol, filters toxic chemicals, stores vitamins and minerals, and makes bile, proteins and enzymes. This liver function test measures key liver enzymes and markers relevant to understanding your liver health.

  • Bilirubin
  • ALP
  • AST
  • ALT
  • GGT
  • Albumin
  • Total Protein
  • Globulin
  • Albumin/ Globulin ratio
Kidney Health & Electrolytes

Kidney health influences toxin clearance, fluid balance, and overall metabolic stability. Markers such as creatinine, urea, urate, and phosphate provide insight into renal function, hydration status, and metabolic equilibrium. Proper kidney function supports the elimination of metabolic waste that can otherwise harm the brain.

  • Sodium
  • Potassium
  • Chloride
  • Calcium
  • Calcium (corrected)
  • Bicarbonate
  • Urea
  • Creatinine
  • Urea/Creatinine Ratio
  • eGFR
Immune Health

These markers reflect immune readiness and response. White blood cells, including the individual types of white blood cells, show how your body is handling infection or stress, while globulin proteins include antibodies that defend against illness.

  • White Blood Cell Count
  • Eosinophils
  • Monocytes
  • Lymphocytes
  • Neutrophils
  • Basophils
  • Globulin
Inflammation

hsCRP is a highly sensitive marker of systemic inflammation. Even small elevations in hs-CRP can signal ongoing immune activity and are linked to higher cardiovascular and metabolic risk.

  • High sensitivity CRP
Blood Health

These markers assess the composition and quality of your blood. They help identify risks like anemia, nutrient deficiencies, or clotting problems. Maintaining balanced blood markers supports energy, recovery, and resilience over the long term.

  • Red Blood Cell Count
  • Haemoglobin
  • Haematocrit
  • MCV
  • MCH
  • MCHC
  • RDW
  • Platelet Count
  • MPV
