How accurate are your tests?

Your samples are analysed by our trusted licensed partner pathology laboratories who are accredited by the National Association Testing Authority (NATA) in Australia and New Zealand, meaning you can be confident of reliable results.

How long do I have to wait for my results?

Depending on where you live and which blood tests you have taken, results may be available as soon as the following day after you visit the collection centre. More specialised tests (e.g. reverse T3) may take longer for the pathology lab to turn around. If you haven't received your results within 2 days of visiting a collection centre, please contact us.

Is my data secure?

Your information is managed in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APP) using the latest encryption technologies. We are committed to protecting your personal information and only share your data with our medical professionals who review your results within our platform.

Can I see results from my previous tests online?

Yes, if you purchased a standard check from our website, you will be able to view your previous test results online. If you have previous test results from a test you didn't purchase through i-screen, we can upload these into your personal dasbhoard for you - find out how Upload Test Results.

Which reference ranges do you use?

Reference ranges are sets of values used to interpret your test results. A reference range is the range that 95% of the normal population falls within and is determined by collecting data from vast numbers of laboratory tests. Reference ranges vary from laboratory to laboratory, and depend on which specific equipment was used to assess your sample. The reference ranges included in your report are specific to the laboratory and equipment used to assess your specific sample.

Will you explain what my results mean?

Yes, your test results are reviewed by qualified medical professionals who will provide interpretation of your results to help you understand what they mean, as well as any recommended next steps.
