Why do I have to complete a health profile?

Details of your medical history are important so our medical professionals can interpret your blood test results, e.g. if you have diabetes then this will increase certain risk factors when interpreting your cholesterol results.

Do I have to disclose any medications or supplements I’m taking?

Certain medications you are taking (e.g. hormone supplements or protein shakes) may impact your blood test results and if you don't disclose these to us we won't be able to provide accurate interpretation and advice. Any information you share with us is strictly confidential and managed in accordance with our privacy policy.

Will you share my information with anyone?

Your information is managed in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APP) using the latest encryption technologies. We are committed to protecting your personal information and only share your data with our medical professionals who review your results within our platform. Why do you need my mobile number?

If we're unable to contact you by email to discuss your test results, or if we need to follow up with you urgently, it's important that we have your mobile number.
